DMT: The Spirit Molecule

I have recently become in contact with Dr. Rick Strassman, a man pioneering in the cutting edge research of the molecule dimethyltrypdamine (DMT). His research has uncovered controversial and profound findings, and also uncovered a plethora of unanswered questions. This blog will speak of the various experiences felt while under the effect of the drug DMT. I personally will not ever experience this drug, I will merely share with you various findings that I uncover while researching this intriguing chemical. My first step in all of this, is to read Dr. Strassman’s book. "DMT: The Spirit Molecule". I received this book as a donation to a local library my Dr. Strassman, and i have already read through the first chapter. It describes the history and scientific effects of various "psychedelics", a word that he coined as his main label for the drug. Admittedly this is the first book I will ever read cover to cover. It has a lot of good information revolving the historical, scientific, and religious backgrounds of this kind of research. As I read I will reference parts of the book in my blog, along with various other sources to try and paint as good of a picture in your mind of what DMT may begin to be.
